The scissor action of this finger vacuum bonding press gives excellent loading visability.With the seam pressure boosted by the extra pneumatic cylinder pressing onto the 4 fingers of the vacuum suction bed.
The bucks are CNC milled for accuracy and flatness with a total bed size of 70cm x 50cm
The patented led Plc control system is simple to use and has recordable programming functions that let you
program time pressure and vacuum independently.
The temperature of the head buck is
adjustable from rm temperature up
to 200c degrees
The top buck is Teflon coated and the
bottom is covered with a knitted cover
+ needle felt + silicone pad
The press is fully guarded by a safety protection system
