AT750R Bra Cup Roller Bonding Machine
This machine has been designed for the second operation for hemming over Bra cups, the soft rubber roller on the bottom doesn't damage the face of the cup, while the top has a heated belt and independently adjustable hot air blowers.
The controls on the machine allows you do add extra heating zones if necessary and add differential with the independently driven top and bottom drives to achieve a perfect finish.
All the AT750 series machines can be altered into one of the other models by swapping the end section, this allows companies to adapt there production machines to suit different types of garments, where the demand for one model may be higher because the garment type has changed. This allows you to purchase less machines and ensures all your machines are being used for the maximum time.
