AT750B Binding Bonding Machine

This machine has been designed to bind the edge of the fabric using pre-coated centre fold elastic, it also has a pre heater blower fitted to pre-melt the adhesive before it is bound onto the garment.

The application guide is also fitted with a pre-heater unit to enable the machine to be used infrequently without the loss of bond due to the adhesive cooling The machine is also fitted with an electronic tension device to enable the garment to be gathered or bonded flat by the use of 8 separate tension zones

All the AT750 series machines can be altered into one of the other models by swapping the end section, this allows companies to adapt there production machines to suit different types of garments, where the demand for one model may be higher because the garment type has changed. This allows you to purchase less machines and ensures all your machines are being used for the maximum time.
